Reordering Document
This guide will instruct you on how to reorder your documents.
Manually Reordering Documents
To reorder documents, first click the “Reorder Documents” icon under the “Organize” tab.
You can move a document or documents by clicking on them in the Navigation list. You can select more than one document by holding control or shift on your keyboard as you click. Click and drag your selected document(s) to the desired location, and then release the mouse. While you drag, you will see a placement indicator on the navigation list informing you of where the documents will be placed.
If you drag your selection on top of another document, you can create a document family, and the dragged document or documents will become children of the destination document. In this case, the placement indicator will be indented. See “Document Families” for more information.
When selecting documents to drag, if you select a parent document, all of that document’s children will also be included in the selection.
