Are my documents safe when I load them into E-Ring Binder?
Yes, E-Ring Binder is installed locally onto your device and uses only your locally stored files. E-Ring Binder does not transmit or share document data outside of your device.
Billing and Subscriptions
How does the subscription billing work?
Once you’ve entered your personal information and credit card details, you will be billed monthly from the day you signed up.
Once I’ve signed up for a subscription, what happens next?
After completing the subscription form, you’ll receive an email from us with instructions. This will include a link to download the tool to your computer and your Product Key(s). The email also includes links to helpful resources on getting started and using the tool.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Simply click on “Manage Account.” You’ll be prompted for the email address you used to subscribe, and asked to provide a one-time pass code that will be sent to that email address. Once logged in, click on your subscription, and you will see the option to “Cancel Subscription.”
How do I access my account to update my personal details or payment details?
Simply follow the steps above for accessing your account. Once logged in, you can update your personal details or payment methods and access your billing history.
