Merging and Trimming PDFs
This guide will instruct you on how to merge multiple PDFs into one and how to trim pages from PDFs.
Merging PDFs
To merge multiple PDFs into one using E-Ring Binder, first add the PDFs you would like to merge into your binder. See “Adding Documents” for more information.
Then, select the documents you would like to merge from the Navigation list. Right click your selection, and click “Print/Export Documents” from the drop-down list. In the Print/Export window:
Ensure you have the proper documents selected.
Under “Export Format,” select “Combined PDF.”
Under “Export Preferences,” deselect the options for “Include Table of Contents,” “Include Cover Pages,” and “Include Keyword Index” (if they appear).
Press submit and the combined PDF will display in a new window. You will see an option to download/save or print the newly combined PDF in the top right of that window. See “Printing and Exporting” for more information.
To work with this combined PDF in E-Ring Binder, simply re-upload it as a new document.
